I've spent two decades embedded in the messy reality of enterprise product design, the kind where you're balancing compliance requirements with user needs, aligning engineering constraints with business goals, and somehow making a 200-field form feel manageable.

My work spans cloud platforms, data infrastructure, retail and engineering systems, and developer tools. I've led design for products used by Fortune 500 companies, built design systems adopted across entire organizations, and helped teams transition from feature-factory mode to outcome-driven product development.

I'm at my best when the problem is genuinely hard, when the information architecture is tangled, the stakeholder map is wide, and the existing experience is drowning users in options. That's where systems thinking and design craft converge.

More recently, I've been exploring how AI reshapes both the products we design and the way we design them, from AI-augmented research and prototyping workflows to designing human-AI interaction patterns that enterprise users can actually trust.
